Following the fall of Devshire at the end of the Cirilian Era, the hero Falanir ordered the construction of a great stronghold from which the survivors would defend Atlas from the horrors their people summoned. To this day, the Devshirites guard and maintain the fortress, training a specialized group of paranormal-slaying soldiers known as the Wraithguard.
